Shipment and Replacement Policy

At Making Scents Candle Company, every candle is carefully packaged with love and attention. However, once your order leaves our hands and is in the care of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for:

  • Broken or damaged items

  • Missing packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Late deliveries

  • Carrier-related delays

Damage or Issues Upon Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

As a small business, we are only able to offer one (1) replacement per customer for damaged items. This is a one-time courtesy.

Replacement Limit

Customers who have already received a replacement in the past will not be eligible for additional replacements.

No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
